HUGO Honeypot

CESNET runs a community project - a network of honeypots (HUGO Honeynet) which share captured data for centralized analysis. Project participants run an instance of the honeypot in their network, capturing incoming attack attempts, and sharing data to a sharing system run by CESNET, where the data are analyzed a actionable CTI shared back to the community.

The honeypot is distrubuted as an preconfigured VM image, prepared such that it is as easy to deploy and maintain for participants as possible.
